With the introduction of revised Part L2A & B “Conservation of Fuel and Power” and Part F Ventilation Building Regulations which came into force in April 2006 we are able to offer calculations, reports and advice for submittal of proposals to building control bodies.

We are able to advice on new building design to pass the requirements and also consequential improvements to existing buildings. We understand the complexity of the new regulations and are able to offer solutions to clients struggling with the requirements and understanding of the documents.

We utilise 3D thermal dynamic simulation modelling to undertake building BER/TER C02 emission calculations, which we believe provides a more accurate assessment of a buildings annual energy usage.
